2020 Census – Be Counted

Go to www.2020Census.gov and answer a few questions about your household. It takes less than 10 minutes.

To NOT be counted in the, once a decade, population count conducted by the US federal government will cost the city of Newark hundreds of thousands of dollars in loss revenue from the federal government.

To prevent this loss of money, Newark has launched a contest where you could win $1000.

3 Curve Flattening Tips

There are somethings we can do to help our front-line workers in the hospitals, the supermarkets, the pharmacies, managing our public transportation systems, and all other essential workers.

  1. Social Distancing.
Let us continue to follow this protocol.

2. Washing your hands.

You may want to include increased disinfecting common areas by wiping them down with an approved cleaning agent.

3. Wear a face mask if you are going out in public.

11 Newark led organization received $15,000 to help get healthy food to residents. The HOV’s anchor institution UVSO- Unified Vailsburg Services Organization is one of them. We look forward to continuing to help Newarkers to eat and stay healthy. Read the story.
